At the end of each day,

I know that I did my best.

Sometimes the world can seem hard,

And just living feels like a battle.

This is what my thoughts can do,

When I believe the compelling story.

Somedays… I have to forgive myself,

That I didn't get much done.

There are days that I may need,

To suffer and feel my humanity.

And that is perfectly okay.

That is why I am here.

Not just for good times,

The easy days when things flow.

But to constantly grow,

Through the hard challenges.

On those days that I,

Don't show up and try…

I Give myself a break.

I Give myself Unconditional Love.

Realize that in this moment,

This too shall pass.

I did the best today,

That I could in this moment.

The rest of my life,

Is filled with new moments,

And every moment,

Is a new beginning...
